Next door to this well-maintained complex (Kona Magic Sands) is beautiful Magic Sands Beach (a.k.a. White Sands Beach, Disappearing Sands Beach and La'aloa Bay Beach).

During low season (April through September) this beach has pristine white sand. In the winter/high season (October through March) the sand is pulled out by high breaking surf.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave. Kitchen appliances such as a blender, toaster and coffee maker are in the unit. All cookware is included as well as dishes and utensils.

Jameson's Restaurant is located on-site. It is open Monday through Friday for lunch and dinner.
